As long as you have an alternative doctor it is better to follow that person. Usually they have different views than you will get on the forums. It becomes very confusing as you can tell. We are more in educating ourselves and experimenting.
If things don't work out you can always come back. I have looked into an alernative one over the years and they are all so different, other people here have the same experience. If you feel you found a good one than give it a few months and see if you get better.
