CF, i read that the real critical mineral for teeth is silica. and the best organic source of silica is horsetail. its very inexpensive. horsetail is also good for the kidney's. if i were you i would get some horsetail, make some tea, and drink it first think in the am, you could even mix the tea in with the acv lemon juice and molasses.
