have you tried the water diet? ive been doing alot of reading on weight loss over the last few months. i know 1 big prob for me is that i dont have a bowel movement everyday. so im trying to get my colon healthy for one but i started doing the master clean diet and also Lemonade Diet .not sure which one im gonna try and stick with i cant get past 3 days without eating. funny thing is im not hungry just can resist the urge to eat.but the 3 days i was able to resist i lost 10lbs!! im just glad that i accomplished some results which motivates me to try again longer. also ive found that every persons body is diff youre gonna have to try diff things that may work for you. you can always email me if you like pinkpanther262002@yahoo.com.
