That's true....in my case it was my dad always saying......"you would be so pretty if you just lost weight." I have never considered myself pretty or beautiful at all. Even though my husband has always said it to me from the very beginning. Because of what my dad consatntly said to me, I have never believed I could be anything but ugly as long as I was fat.
