I'm sorry you are so frustrated but you need to help yourself as best you can if you want to live.

I just started eating a Macrobiotic diet but switching over has not been cheap but I think after I finish the cleansing it will get cheapers. I've spent over $550 over the last 3 weeks on organic food and supplements. I'm broke now! I won't be able to afford any new clothes once I lose all the weight! I've already lost about 14 pounds and it's healthy!

Good luck and like someone else said walking is free. I bought a couple of $5 to 10 exercise DVDs and have been doing those. That's a cheap alternative and there fun... better than a treadmill! I got some Tae bo by Billy Blanks and a few yoga and pillates DVDs.
You can do them whenever you want.
