ok i have toast for breakfast
for lunch i usually have a sandwitch
for dinner i have something like pasta, noodles, soup, pizza, it all depends
i sometimes snack on crisps or chocolate between meals
i drink coffee, fruit juice and water.
i drink alcohol on weekends.
i try to exercise as much as i can i go for walks and swim
