Hi Kelly----
How do you know for certain you have bursitis? If a doctor told you, did they actually look into your shoulders (with an arthroscopic examination) and see that the bursa are ruptured? If they didn't, you may not actually have bursitis. A guess doesn't do much good in this case, since treatment varies accordingly.
