Hi,
I'm a 41 yr old female, married and have 3 children. Ever since I can remember, I ate a lot. I over eat all the time. I eat when I'm full! I hate it. I'm trying to clean up myself to be healthier, I'm about 70-80 pounds over weight. I don't know why I over eat. Do I need to know why to over come it? And you find out why I over eat?
