Reading the article here the instrument is accurate down to .0002% the lead is stated at <.0004% , so lets take it to be .00035%
This would make the lead content of a kilogram of Sea Salt 0.0035 grams.
Does anyone have a lead content for a kilogram of food? I found links that said that food grown near towns and cities has higher lead due to traffic exhaust fumes but I cant find any empirical data that actually tells you how much lead is in your average weekly meal.
Interestingly tobacco smoking and breathing car fumes is now a major source of lead intake !
