I just had a crap load of mexican food..pollo fundido and chips.
So now I feel like crap.

I'm having a hard time going ay to day with little carbs because of my insulin resistance. I have not been eating on schedule,then when I eat I am famished!

Keep your posts coming.they are a help.

how do you prepare your meat?
