Hey guys,
I was wondering what kindof mental improvements have you seen since doing the Raw Omnivore,which includes eggs and meats? How about for you Warrior Practicioners as well?

I have had some major brain fog,forgetfulness,shorty memory retention and slurring of my words when I speak. I almost sound drunk. My poor wife has to translate for me lol.

It is 115 here in Az today..
This last June was the hottest June in Az recorded history.
