Not all of us are raw vegetarian types. I also eat meat and will continue doing so!!

My last fast I broke too quickly and had major stomach aches and the runs. On the second day I made chicken broth with a little bit of egg in it which for my system was too much but everyone and every body is different.

OJ for two days is crazy - it is way too acidic for the stomach to handle in my opinion.
