If I walk into the local sushi house, how much of the fish should I trust eating? Which fish should be avoided? Also- as a raw vegan, I'm curious about the lifespans of raw meat eaters. Have any of you been raw vegan before? What do you feel eating meat added to your general wellbeing? (no judgement intended- just very interested...- I sort of love sushi a lot.)
