how do you eat all those greens without fruit? i have tried eating a no fruit diet when i got a candida scare but i found it so hard to eat greens like collards, kale, dandelion, etc (basically everything except celery, lettuce, and spinach) without the addition of fruit. i usually blend my greens with fruit twice a day.

how do you make it taste good so you can swallow it?! eating most greens raw by themselves really made me want to cry sometimes because it tasted so bitter.
