hi, she just called me. She said that my suggestion of flaxseed oil capsules, 1,000mg a day, seems to be helping; that visually she can see that it's better.
She said she has not had Any cottage cheese in months; I didn't know that.
But that she won't eat any of that again OR any pickles either. Thanks so much; I doubt she'll take anymore suggestions from me for awhile. Being a nurse, it has been quite a struggle to get her to take my suggestions as anything but witch doctoring. aster
