hello, I was born 05/01/1981.
I am a little hypocondriac since my childhood, as if I didn't trust my body 100% to work properly.
I have health issues since a wrong relationship which ended up 4 yrs ago and left me emotionally wrecked. I was diagnosed with Ureaplasma Urealiticum in the urinary tract and went through many antibiotic cures with no definitive results, my bladder is weakened since that and I easily get infections.
I also suffer of edema/poor circulation and coldness of hands and feet, and extreme dryness of skin and hair.
I have trouble finding a diet which is right for my needs and stick with it, I also find difficult to understand my own feelings both psysical and emotional, I am kind of insecure. I feel a great inner strenght that I just cannot bring out.
I would like you to help me understand which are the main causes of my problems and where should I start to face them. I have a loving family and wish to have light-hearted attitude, balance and faithfulness in facing my everyday life with them.
