there are dire warnings about enemas, too, but i have had nothing but luck with them. i would never do them on a regular basis, though.

cascara sagrada - i know how it works and i am not afraid to use it. remember the people looking for a quick fix like drugs? i dont know why those people didnt just keep taking the lbb? its not that expensive, it works, and it does no harm. and with right eating, eventually the bowels will heal and i bet they wouldnt be necessary then. it took my guts over a year to heal and i have had the lbb for the last half of that.
