i have had really good luck with the lbb and can go a week without it and notice nothing different. i have always loathed the idea of any lifelong medication. but the fact is, the lbb is just food. food is my medicine - that is my goal. and the only reason i still take it? it allows me to eat badly and not suffer much ill effect. if i would eat right always, i wouldnever have to use it again.
