This supplement thing is getting out of hand. I am so glad that I am off my 6 prescription drugs and now I have to be careful that I don't get on supplements instead.
For now I am into the urine therapy and oil swishing, that is at least cheap enough and easy to do.
In some way I ended up on the raw omnivore forum to-day, that is a whole different story, since I kind of eat Ayurveda style, more vegetarian. But since there are so many different ways of doing things I am going to read about it.
Way back I used to use protein powder drinks etc., but for now I try to stay away from supplements. No superfoods for me.
When you think about it it looks like curezone started with Clark and Schulze and they also sell supplements. So all the new ads are just a sign of the time where people start pushing new products and it is easy to do in this computer age.
