I asked that he email me his booklet and got this email response from him.

"I have not had success sending the booklet, it seems to be 2 times the size of the common mailbox and always gets kicked out by Spam and viral blocking software people have on their computers.

On the curezone forum they created for me, a man is going to make the booklet into pdf file and then anyone can download it for free, until then all I can do is send a paper copy.
