I am also taking other stuff as well to support adrenals such as B-5, multi/mineral supplement, and zinc.

Have you done any of the cleanses. I have been doing the Colonix and Paranail Caps for a little over 3 weeks now. Tonight I am doing my first liver flush. Hoping this will help some.
