YOu may have just had an abortion- and you feel miserable over it.
There were reasons that drove you to that point, so please dont hate yourself.
Reaching out to help others is one way to take the guilt off of you.
Put the whole situation before God- He does understand what drove you to that point of abortion- He is more compassionate than people understand.
Tell Him all your guilt feelings, and how you are feeling horrible.
Unburden yourself. Ask Him is there ever anything you can do to make up for what you feel guilty over.
Do not listen to anyone with a judgemental attitude condemning you. Most people- including religious people- are quick to condemn and pass judgement, until they are in your shoes.
I knew one girl in highschool who condemned my friend for getting pregnant. That same girl got pregnant later in college.., so noone has a right to point a finger. We're all made of the same clay on this planet. This is a planet in need of restoration, and we are all a people needing constant restoration. Even the Pope!
Just look to our Creator and bring the whole burden of guilt to Him. Have a long conversation with Him.
Remember, this Earth is a training ground. You may have known you were going to have an abortion before you were even born on this Earth. God knew it too, but wants you to learn from it-which is why He permitted it.
Learn what you can from what happened, and how you can turn it around to be a blessing to others!
Nothing is ever a negative thing when we can grow from it and if it produces humility in our hearts. Let this abortion become the 'fertilizer" in your life to show you how to help others, and to bring you closer to God in your life.
I feel more sorry for those who bomb abortion clinics and sit in judgement over those driven to have abortions. They are the ones needing prayers the most.
God Bless and hugs!
love,
Boldyloxx
