Hi,yes,yellow stuff has to be the orange i would think.
You know that SWF has more effect on you?than i would do that.
Would wait another hour though, don't know if salt and
epsomsalt could clash.
i have not done a fast yet,but am facinated by it and waiting for distiller.
Also need to print out the 108page booklet,so i can underline
all important information and have it at hand.
Been taking P+Bshakes for over 1year now,off and on.still constipated,
always forget to drink enough water.
Took 1tablespoon casteroil 15minutes ago.
sometimes i am very fed up with it all,but then,
once you've come so far in information,there's no choice
but to go on,right?Well,you too,keep going!
