OK I just took some epsom salts...I hope you guys are right about this not disrupting the fast in any way. Thanks for all the input, I really need all the support I can get.

My parents think I'm totally insane, that this doesn't make you healthy....coming from type 1 diabetics with heart problems, I can see why they have no idea. If I could just cure my problems, maybe I could convince them to save themselves.


I think that maybe I'm having very littly bowel movement is because I did a P&B colon cleanse before the fast.
