The toxins only come out through the bowel as far as I know, I dont' think the body destroys them or neutralizes them internally. MH has said to use the Lower Bowel Balance, and I've been taking castor oil plus the LBB, though I am not on a fast. Also, he recently said to use the enema only in an emergency. 8 days is great, keep going to at least 14!
