About the diet - I try to avoid all simple carbs, which rules out fruits and fructose; and why only raw tuna- isn't tuna high in mercury? ; and egg yolks -don't eggs accumulate all the Antibiotics and hormones the chicks are fed - unless you can afford the free range ones at $22 a dozen !!!!
