Excessive liquid intake that is inappropriate for your body. Liquid intake is best confined to spring water..NEVER bottled water. the amount of water an indidiual NEEDS is calculated thus... your unclothed body weight in pounds divided by two. This figure is the number of fluid ounces YOUR body needs to run at its optimum efficency each day. The water needs to be spread over 8-10 glasses. When it is appropriate to consume the water acn be refined even further. So..Ralph, the answer is in your own hands. Keep your power and sort it out for yourself.
