my rule of thumb i have taken on...
if it has to be presented to you in a bright and shiney bag with a catchy name dont eat it.
if it looks pretty for how it is harvested eat it.

i mean think of a bright colored towel with a spread of fruit and veggies all over it. sprinked it with piles of nuts....it feels peaceful

think of that same towel cover in chips and cookies and junkfood etc.
seems pretty gross.
