I believe I have read on this forum that MH thinks wheatgrass is a very good thing... I can't quote him. To get all the health benefits, it should be juiced or eaten within 7 minutes of harvast. The easiest and cheapest way is to grow it yourself. I just started growing it at home recently. Organic wheatberries are not expensive or difficult to grow. There are websites that sell the berries, growing trays and medium (soil or soiless). I'm growing some for my cat too! Ann Wigmore's Wheatgrass book is a great place to start.
