When I am not having a die off. I jump rope which is hard to do. LOL, nothing like I when I was a kid. Then I walk and walk and when I get into the water I jump as high as I can. It is easier in the water since my knees are crunchy, then I run and punch the air.

I also have noticed that my lump in my right collar bone(supraclavical area) is going down. It was the size of a large golf ball. Now it is the size of a pea.
When I was on vacation, I also had the lump and it was large and by the 9 days it was considerably(sp?) smaller.
This was really scary, thinking breast cancer. I had a cat scan on it and it didn't pick up on the film.
The last Dr. told me it was a fatty cell. I found out it is a clogged lymph node. She showed me hers and on both sides of the supraclavical areas and they are the size of a soft ball. I think she does "NOT" know what they are. Hmmmm wish I could charge her 230.00 dollars to tell her what they are. LOL I could get part of my money back :)I know I am dreaming.

You know now that you mention lymph nodes, I think you are right. My dark circles went away, my lump went down.
Now to get them cleared up again. It is a slow moving process this time around. :)
