Thanks very much for your diet, Im thinking about going raw. Also was wondering about the fats you eat. I cant eat too many oleic type oils-avacado, olive etc or omega 3 type oils-flax hemp etc. I get dry skin, inflammation and the dark circles with too much of these oils, even nuts. Something is wrong with my fat metabolism Im sure. Do you think you your fatty acids are balanced? Could this be the cause of your dark circles?
