They seem to use it a lot at the mastercleanse forum. Some call it the oral
enema.

It involves 2 tsps of real salt in warm water, mix it well and drink.

Make sure you rehydrate afterwards. If you are in trouble, I would use it as a
one-off and see if it works for you.
