When I had the hair analysis done last year, it showed that I was very low in iron. At that time, I increased my beef intake, but have had little beef in the past few months and wish to avoid this route.

I will be starting the fast on Tuesday; since the fast will improve the quality of my blood, is it still necessary to address boosting the iron, or will this situation improve as a natural consequence of the fast?

Just trying to get my processes correct.
