i have heard that the salt in bible times was mostly potassium instead of sodium. joe vialls has an interesting testimony on potassium. i have used potassium instead of sodium in dr B's formula and it works. i think the key is balance, but i am still studying this aspect of health. i know that the chemical on most tables called sodium chloride is not that good for you. i concurr with the redman salt or a sea salt, whichever you prefer or are comfortable with. i have never used celtic.
