i also had nothing but problems with my iud, i had mine done 3 1/2 years ago, it all started right away, long periods, acne, breast pains, headaches, low sex drive ( don't want it at all, and could live without it never used to be like that) weight gain ( and a lot of it). I have never been over 155 pounds exept when i was prego, but i know am 45 pounds heavier. i have really bad mood swings. and have a cycle every 2-3 weeks and sometimes i will bleed for 10-15 days at a time. i had mine removed today and will keep you posted about how i feel after a week or so. i have a feeling that the mood swings will go away, the weight will start to come off, the Acne will go away, the pain in my lower abdom. went away as soon as he took it out. so we will see.
