Hi,

You take 1 TBSP in the morning and 1 TBSP in the evening for 30 days; then, you take 1 TBSP once a week for life.

The dosage seems to be the same, no matter the weight. Lauren40 on this Forum and her husband have been the taking the same dosage; Lauren's husband is a big man and has got tremendous results from the same 1 TBSP dosage which his wife has been taking.
