The almonds is an anti-cancer/tumor method, yes, it can be left out, there are no set rules.

Don't want a bath, not needed.

R&R is a Epsom Salts/herbal formula, again, it is not needed, just do the Dr. Clark method.

If you want to be succesful with the orange juice fasting, you need to follow the rules of one or more bowel movements daily.

People do not realize what this fasting with orange juice can and does do, unless they read a few medical books on it. My dr.
