thanks for the suggestions! I thought, too, that I would start it during a week when I could take some time off. I'm fortunate to be self-employed working from home and have a certain amount of flexibility with my hours, although there are still daily deadlines and pressures. It sure has helped during any kind of bowel cleansing, though - to be un-selfconscoiusly near a toilet at all times! :)
