Oh, feel free to butt in anytime. I welcome your insights and experiences. I know MH says that his fast are guidelines and not rigid rules. Knowing that almonds were optional for you helps me discern what I may do in the future.

How long did you fast for? Did you do any special baths with oregano oil or epsom salts?
