Hi Matrix,

YAY!! Good luck with the fast! You will love it!
Hope you don't mind me butting in here!
I had the almonds the first 2 or 3 days and then stopped because I am not good at digesting almonds at the best of times, let alone when I am fasting. Also it felt disruptive to the fast. When I asked MH about it he said it was optional. But I did have olive oil every day and I do recommend this!! It felt great!!! I am sure it is a good thing to do for the liver while fasting.
