Hello all, I have done about 6-7 liver flushes before (3 months ago) and today just started my first of three flushes before the O.J fast. On my previous flushes I would always get out at least 50 good size stones or more(up to 250). I started taking lecithin about two months ago and have been taking 2 tbs. every day. I read that this can dissolve gallstones. I also have been juicing a whole ripe pineapple every week for about two or three weeks and before that just eating the whole pineapple for about 2 months. I heard this also dissolves gallstones. LOL and i also drank a gallon of apple juice over 2 days, which contains malic acid, which breaks down stones. Well anyway... I drank my O.O. mix last night and this morning I got out maybe 10 extremely small stones. Maybe even less. I did a cool enema after just to make sure there were none left and it came out completely clean. Im hoping that the lecithin really works and maybe dissolved my stones and maybe just left me with a sludge or something. I would love to hear some respones on this. Thanks.
