hello MH.
Here's a question for you:
I started taking oregano oil ( 3 drops two times a day )two weeks ago. Since the 1st day I noticed that bad constipation occurred. I also have bloating and a lot of gas. I eat properly but I feel as if my gut was "sleeping" , I never feel any move or gargle. I took epsom salts a couple of times but I cannot get addicted to it. I was wondering if oregano oil could actually be the cause. I never been constipated like that before!!! Maybe I am experiencing die-off? I have read somewhere that worms can slow down
yr intestines when they feel that their life is threatened. What is yr advice?
