Hi Anja,

Sorry I didn't post back sooner!

If I were you I would tell MH you condition and ask him if he feels you can fast or not. A lotof practitioners are scared of fasting, even though they promote it. I believe this is because they don't know much about it. Knowledge like MH has is very valuable and rare at this time!

I think almost everyone can fast if they have no metal in them and they follow MH's prescriptions.

I have had a LOT of hormonal issues in my life and as you say it is too early to tell, but I feel fantastic so that means my hormones are in good shape! My last period during the fast was so easy. I had 10 minutes of pelvic heaviness, not pain before it came and that was it, no pain or anything!
Being frutiarian before totally, and I mean TOTALLY sorted out my hormonal issues. I have had pretty bad thyroid problems as well as estrogen and adrenal imbalances for most of my life, but they all vanished with being fruitarian.

I am really not sure what I will eat or how I will eat it yet. It is day 41, 5pm and I have eaten a little cilantro pesto with lots of garlic and ginger, but nothing else, just juices still.
MH says to have a lot of dates, but I don't think I can do this. I am following my intuition and trying to be very sensitive to its directives. I will tell you how it goes.

I am studying full time and university as well as running a business working from home like you, it is a full on schedule! The ease I felt working long hours on the fast was one of the best parts! I just didn't get tired and worn out as I used to! I even had to work 37 or 8 hours straight to make a press deadline, and I felt not too bad considering! I would have been a mess if I was eating, even if it was raw! haha!

Peace
