Yes, it's quite amazing how much trouble we can get into with a congested liver!! :)

I have heard of Qi Gong, but not the other. The Chinese culture is so old, there is much to be learned there. I am a Classical Feng Shui practitioner and I have studied Four Pillars Astrology; it is interesting how the elements are used in different ways.
