Here is a hint, regarding labels.

Read the ingredient list, if the first or second ingredient is Sugar - the product has high Sugar contect.

If there is a little chart giving nutritional facts about the product such as "FAT" "CHOLESTEROL" "CALORIES" "CARBS" & "SUGARS" if the numbers for CARBS and SUGARS ARE OVER 7 it has high Sugar content.

High sugar content will wreak havoc with your body and can feed candida (yeast). Which could cause a yeast overgrowth in your body.

Just because a product says it uses ginseng or honey, all it means is that they had to add an "essence" or very limited amount to make that claim. If they used real benificial amounts of honey or ginseng the product would be quite expensive.
