I just thought I'd add this to back up MH's statement.
The first time I went fruitarian I had done raw food for a while and done a very thourough bowel cleanse just before, and I was definitely the energizer bunny!! For real! So happy and so intuitive and so close to nature. I would say the closest I have ever been to how a human should feel (and look) in life. I'm not saying I was there, but I was much much closer than at any other time in my life! It wasn't just the diet, I was living practically outside and by the beach in an almost tropical climate with mostly organic foods.
