Here's something that's been working for me. I've been using Replens long-lasting vaginal moisturizer. It's the sodium hydroxide that changes the pH. The polycarbophil is a gel which holds it in there. RepHresh is a new product made by the same company for BV, but I like the Replens better. NO ODOR (I am using it every day for the first week, then the study I read said to use it every 3 days for 5 weeks). It's available at Wal-Mart.
