Hi there!

I have FSH muscular dystrophy. Your post on muscle strength is very, very encouraging. I just finished studying MH's 108 page booklet, and I've been playing catch-up here on this forum (no easy task- y'all are a bunch of Chatty Cathys! LOL). I would very much like to know if ANY kind of an increase in muscle strength, tone, etc. can be demonstrated with orange juice fasting in the muscular dystrophy patient. I do plan to experiment on myself and report my findings on the FSH forum.
