Yes, that's what I keep telling myself too! I have to say, it would be nice to feel healthy and pain free all the time, and not always have to think about being healthy, but you are right, unltimately I am very grateful for the education that my health issues have given me, and I feel very blessed to be going down the path of true healing and not just covering up or cutting out the problems doctor style. Its a lot of work though! But another thing my old yoga teacher used to say (sorry for referencing him again!!) is being lazy is the fastest way to create more work for yourself!
