Yes that is exactly how I feel. I know that the reason I have bad skin is because I am not 100% well and healthy, I too have other health issues and I know that when my skin is better these issues will be cleared up.

Yes when Im unhealthy I feel bad but what I can see motivates me more. I actually feel blessed in a way to have something external to motivate me, otherwise I might not care about liver stones, parasites etc. Sometimes I even feel sorry for the people who are having such an easy time with their lives, someday their eating habits will catch up with them and they might believe that they are too old or too set in their ways to change things.
